Overflow

Presented by Saffron Hall

Please note, this is a rescheduled event from 24 April 2020/16 April 2021. If you hold tickets for this event and have not requested a refund or credit, your original tickets are still valid for this new date.

Alexander Whitley’s recent production 8 Minutes took audiences on a breathtaking journey to the sun. Known for his ground-breaking use of technology, Alexander’s new work delves into what it means to be human in the era of big data.

Overflow features a dazzling kinetic light sculpture by Children of the Light with creative technologists Fenyce and lighting designer Guy Hoare, artefacts and costumes by award-winning designer Ana Rajčević and an exhilarating original new score by composer Rival Consoles, whose music (which has featured on the Netflix series Black Mirror) experiments with “ambient soundscapes, industrial textures and high-octane club energy” (Pitchfork).
